Architecture with purpose
Two independent villas are set along a central axis, designed for privacy and connection. Old stone walls and olive trees are woven into the layout, blending heritage with modernity.
Each element of the estate is thoughtfully oriented along this axis:
First, the covered parking and tennis court welcome you.
Then, the spa area and Stone House emerge, followed by the serene atrium garden and White House.
At the far end, the outdoor dining area with a fully equipped kitchen opens onto the pool and lounge
— a journey through design, purpose, and beauty.
White house ground floor
The ground floor consists of a bedroom with its own bathroom and laundry room. On this floor you also have a storage room for wine and olive oil and a technical room. You have a large family room that can be used for many different purposes depending on your needs, - gym, playroom, office, hobby room, etc. The room is registered as a garage with space for a big car. The glass doors can be folded together so that the wall can be completely open.
From the outside there is access to a bicycle garage and technical room for the pool.
White House first floor
On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, - a large master bedroom with sea and mountain views, with bathtub and walk in closet, and an en-suite double bedroom with views of the atrium garden.
On this floor there is also a separate toilet and a lounge area that can also be used as a library.
From here you have direct access to a covered terrace, the outdoor kitchen and the pool area.
White House top floor
The top floor of the White House offers an open-plan living room and kitchen, with a spacious dining area designed to welcome large gatherings — comfortably hosting up to 30 guests when needed.
Just outside the west façade, a charming terrace unfolds beneath a pergola, creating an elegant outdoor dining space with sweeping views. A small bridge extends from the terrace, offering direct access to the garden below.
Stone House
The Stone House features two bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, and a spacious west-facing terrace complete with a pergola and retractable awning.
Spa Area
The spa area includes a discreet storage room for garden equipment and a sauna framed with a glass wall. Just above, a raised jacuzzi is accessed by a sculpted staircase, offering sweeping views of the mountains — especially breathtaking when snow-capped from December to May.
Between the sauna and jacuzzi lies a tranquil lounge and massage zone, sheltered beneath a waterproof roof. A perforated steel wall faces north, allowing for a cooling breeze on warm days while offering protection from the winter wind.
